# Person residing in one of the countries belongs to the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) i.e. Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, The Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan

☩ Resident should be a trainee in Dermatology or any other speciality in medicine. Proof of status is required to finalize the registration

Proof of Status as a Resident/ Trainee

Below are the mandatory requirements that a valid Proof of Status must fulfil. A separate link will be provided in the registration platform to upload relevant document/s in PDF format.

The document must be issued in English on an official hospital or university letterhead
The date of issue must be no earlier than 6 months from the date of registration for the conference
The document must state the name of the applicant as used in the registration for the conference
It must indicate the beginning and end of the residency and the specialty under which the training is taking place
The document must be signed by the head of the department or the institution. Kindly include following details of the head of the department/institution: Full name, Department, E-mail address and Telephone number

Please note that the approval will be granted only after careful evaluation of the proof of Status by the registration subcommittee. The decision of the ICTD 2026 secretariate shall be final. Any resident who wishes to register on site at the conference venue should bring the proof of status to enjoy the discounted registration rate

Third Party Registration for a Group

A group is considered as 10 participants. ICTD 2026 would like to announce that one free registration is offered for every nine fee paying participants
If you are the coordinator/ agent filling the details on behalf of the group members, please follow the steps in this section
Kindly fill registration details for each member of the group
Kindly enter your e-mail address at every entry as mentioned in the registration form (agent e-mail) since the group will be categorized based on that
Both the coordinator/ agent and the individual member will receive confirmatory e-mail upon successful registration of each eantry
