Refund & Cancellation policy

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing/ e-mail to the Congress Secretariat info@ictdsrilanka.org
Cancellations received on or before 15th December 2025 will receive a full refund less 15% for administrative fee
Cancellations received between 16th December 2025 to 31st January 2026 are entitled to a 50% refund
No refund will be made for any cancellations received after 31st January 2026
All applicable refunds will be made within 3 months after completion of the congress
The cancellation policy is non-negotiable
Refund will not be processed in the event that a visa application has been refused by an Embassy/ Consulate office
