Formatting of E-poster

Final e Poster artwork should be saved as a JPG/ JPEG file with the Abstract number mentioned as the file name
Please note that NO hard copy posters are required.

PAGE SETUP
Height 17.78 inches. Width 10 inches.
Margins 0.25 inches all around.

FONT FACE
Use one or a combination of these fonts: Arial, Times New Roman, Tahoma or Courier New.

TITLE TEXT
Minimum font size 30.

BODY TEXT
Minimum font size 18.

GRAPHS & DIAGRAMS
Should be drawn with a minimum line width of 2 mm.
CLINICAL PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs should always protect the privacy and identity of the subject.
Eyes should be blacked out.
The source of the photographs must also be declared if not the property of the presenter.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
If any, should be mentioned during the presentation. It should include:
  • Paid work by commercial organizations either directly or indirectly.
  • Receipt/ ownership of shares in commercial companies.
  • Reimbursement of travelling, accommodation and hospitality expenses from commercial organizations.

Free Paper Presentation Guidelines


SUBMISSION OF PRESENTATION
Presenters are requested to bring their presentation on a USB memory stick and hand it over to the IT technicians in the Preview Room at least one (01)) hour before the start of the session.
Presentations may also be emailed in advance; an acknowledgment will be sent upon receipt.
You may check your presentation in advance in the Preview Room.

Format: Microsoft PowerPoint
Aspect Ratio: 16:9

FONT SIZE
Headings: 36 pt or larger
Body Text: 24–28 pt
USE OF PERSONAL LAPTOPS
Use of personal laptops is strongly discouraged, as connection time may reduce your presentation time.

PREVIEW ROOM ACCESS
You may view or make changes to your presentation in the Preview Room up to one hour before your session.

TIME ALLOCATION
Each Free Paper presentation is allotted 8 minutes for delivery and 2 minutes for discussion (Q&A).
Please adhere strictly to the allocated time

TIMEKEEPING
A countdown timer will be placed in front of the podium to assist with time management.
